I'm back in 83 before all that gangsta rap was set free when people listened to James brown that was more then sound, that was funk Not wanabee's with dumb ass crunk When hip-hop still had flow and a soul Wasn't mutilated, thrown on the side of the road Talking bout the crow, that'd destroy bitchs and ho's From these lyrics Marvin Gaye would weep(Rest In Peace) Thank god he ain't here to see supposed OG's creep Now all this shit called rap is on your TV Its all you ever see, its a part of what it use to be Forgot the true meaning among all the cash It all seemed to happen in a flash The last two great MC's shot down The big man shot down(Rest in Peace) revitalized what it ment to be free The other one never forgot to decree(And I say rest in peace) Raped from his soul body and mind First time I heard him lay down a line I said the man was a genius The other was like a god, freakish when it came to rhymes They knew what to say and it all flowed anyway
A memorial to, back in the day. Along with Tupac, Biggy, and Marvin Gaye true men till the end.

the structure needs work...but i just kept reading it and it still had a nice flow so maybe it's because it is more audio written then text written...but anyway good job...work on getting audio capabilities Tech i'd like to hear this on audio...props
